1 Overview
1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how vigorpool.co.za (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

2.1 When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. b) Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimise our Site.
c) Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
d) Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Xero, Facebook and Google.
2.1.2 Order information
- a) Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and PayPal account), email address, and phone number.
b) Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
c) Source of collection: collected from you.
d) Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Xero, Facebook, Google, shipping and fulfillment service providers.
2.1.3 Customer support information
- a) Examples of Personal Information collected: name, e-mail address, address, age, gender, device model, device location, order information, phone number.
b) Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
c) Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our app (the “VIGORPOOL”).
2.2 The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. 3 Sharing Personal Information
3.1 We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
a) We use Woocommerce to power our online store.
b) We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
c) Our website does not collect users’ personal information for the main purpose.
We do not sell users’ contact information.
We do not use users’ personal information or images for advertising without their consent.
d) Freebies or incentives are prohibited except in the following cases:

▪ As part of a marketing campaign
▪ When the primary purpose is not to collect personal information from users
3.2 Behavioural Advertising
3.2.1 As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:
a) We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site.
b) We share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and your interaction with our ads on other websites with our advertising partners. 4 Using Personal Information
